RE 20th Anniversery - Resident Evil 1 Cover Remade

In honor of the 20th anniversery of one of my top favorite video game series ever....RESIDENT EVIL, I decided to remake all the cover art of the main series(1-6) via XNALara XPS.

Obviously the original cover of RE1 on the PS1 was truly creepy and mysterious. Zombies faces could be seen on the walls and spiders coming after you. (FUCK SPIDERS!)

Now I know what you are thinking, why is Richard on the cover of the game? Wasn't it Chris Redfield on the cover? Well that's what I thought too but after some crazy research, our hero here with the crazed face is actually S.T.A.R.S Bravo Team member, Richard Aiken!

YES! Richard is the man on the cover. How and why? Well apparently there was a comic released detailing Richard's adventure in the mansion before Alpha Team actually arrived int he Arklay Mountains! So this cover is taken from the cover of that comic book! Crazy  huh? But stuff like this is why I love Resident Evil and I heavily look forward to Resident Evil 7.
